The Australian Telehealth Insights Survey is an initiative by TeleDocs Clinic.
Our aim is to better understand the experiences and expectations of Australians using telehealth services and to share those findings openly to encourage evidence-informed discussions about patient experience and service improvement.
The survey ran for 28 days during August 2026 and was open to all Australians.
