Healthcare continues to evolve, but understanding what patients value most is essential to improving the telehealth experience.
The Australian Telehealth Insights initiative has been created to gather real-world feedback from Australians about:

- What creates a great patient experience.
- What challenges or frustrations they encounter.
- What improvements they would like to see.
